ABOUT
Founder and Executive Chef Nicco Santos brings two decades of Asian cooking to fruition in CELERA. Together with his partners, Executive Sous-Chef Quenee Vilar, Beverage Director Pamela Begre and their team, they seek to create a distinctive refined casual dining restaurant in Manila.
Located within the emerging artist community of Comuna along Pablo Ocampo Street in Makati, CELERA is built around the ideas of expanding horizons, intersecting cultures, and connecting people. CELERA is inspired by food born out of the marriage of different cultures, and food as a medium for bringing people together.
CELERA’s cuisine d’auteur, which is meant to be ever changing, taps into a rich vein of Asian flavors, ingredients and techniques—and brings all of these to life in a communal experience.
